Guy and Doron Levy company is working to establish a residential project in Havazelet Hasharon Netanya. The project is part of a new neighborhood that is being built on the former Emek Hafer lands that were annexed to the municipal territory of the city of Netanya

The project will include two buildings of 19 floors each. The location of the project is ideal, with proximity to green areas, the coastline and the Avihil Reserve, which was declared a national park in 2022
